About these terms
This website is operated by Meeri Systems Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under number 17339290. Our registered office is 59 Wingrove Road, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 9BS.
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it. Our privacy notice and cookie notice also apply.
Information, enquiries and paid work
The website gives general information about Meeri's services for UK businesses. An enquiry is an invitation to discuss work; it does not oblige either party to proceed. Paid work begins only when a proposal, order or other written scope is accepted in accordance with our client terms.
Examples, indicative scope and public prices may change. We confirm the scope, fees, taxes, third-party charges and timing that apply to your project before work starts.
Accuracy and availability
We take reasonable care to keep this website useful and accurate, but general website content is not business, legal, tax or professional advice for a particular situation. Please check important details with us before relying on them.
We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the website. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access, although this does not affect obligations agreed in a client contract.
Acceptable use
You may browse, link to and print reasonable extracts for your own legitimate business use. You must not:
- attack, probe, overload, scrape at scale or attempt unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure;
- introduce malware, bypass security controls or misuse forms;
- copy, resell or republish substantial website content as your own;
- use the website unlawfully or to infringe another person's rights; or
- create a link that falsely suggests Meeri endorses or is connected with you.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, Meeri owns or is licensed to use the design, text, branding, graphics, code and other material on this website. All rights are reserved. “Meeri”, “Meeri Systems” and the Meeri visual identity must not be used in a way that suggests authorisation or endorsement without written permission.
Client ownership of commissioned work is governed by the applicable proposal and client terms, not this website-use clause.
External websites and examples
Links to third-party websites are provided for context or convenience. Those sites are controlled by their operators and have their own terms and privacy practices. A link is not a blanket endorsement. Where a Meeri case study concerns a connected business, we disclose that relationship on the relevant page.
Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that law does not allow us to exclude.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Meeri is not responsible under these website terms for business interruption, loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, anticipated saving, goodwill or data, or for indirect or consequential loss arising only from use of or inability to use this public website. Liability under a paid client service is governed by the relevant contract instead.
Law and contact
These terms and any non-contractual dispute about the website are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
