THE GOALOne search service
Show up in more
of the right places.
Your customers do not separate traditional search from AI search. They use whichever tool gives them the clearest answer.
Google Search and Maps
Better pages for the jobs you actually do, and the work that decides whether you appear when somebody nearby searches.
Your Google profile
Accurate services, hours, areas, categories, updates and business information.
AI search answers
The questions your customers ask, put to ChatGPT, Google’s AI answers, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity.
Useful sources
Clear website content, real proof and consistent business facts across the web.
When customers ask AI who to call, make your business easier to find.
Your starting point
See where you stand.
Then move forward.
The check is free. If you want the faults fixed, the one-off starts the implementation work — connecting, correcting and measuring — so the monthly service builds on a measured position.
Get access, and make the numbers real
We take manager access to the Google Business Profile and connect Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools and Analytics, then verify each one is genuinely recording rather than assuming it. Once they are, every figure in the monthly report is Google’s or Microsoft’s own number — we do not guess, we provide facts. The skill is in verifying and optimising, then giving reports based on evidence.
Establish your position
Where you stand today, written down so next month can be measured against it: your local search starting position, what the AI assistants currently say, and who is appearing instead of you. The technical review of your site is the free check and is already done.
Agree the questions we ask the AI assistants
Your questions, in your customers’ words, agreed with you and then fixed — a question set that keeps changing cannot show you whether anything moved.
Improve and plan
The first improvement to your main service page is done, and the first plan is agreed with you in writing.
The check itself is free: fourteen checks on whether machines can read your business and whether independent sources agree about it, answered with the evidence attached and yours to keep whether you go ahead or not. The one-off price is what starts the work — connecting the relevant accounts, correcting the faults that are ours to correct, setting up the monitoring and reporting, and agreeing the first plan. It is paid implementation work, not a fee for the report. Anything only you can authorise waits for you, and anything outside the agreed work is quoted in writing first. No VAT to add.
The free check, in full
All fourteen checks.
Named, in advance.
Published before you ask for it, so you can see exactly what you are getting and hold us to it. Every business gets the same fourteen.
Several of these routinely come back clean. When they do we say so, rather than inventing a problem to justify the visit. You get an answer to all fourteen with the evidence attached, and the answers are yours to keep and to show to anybody — including another agency.
Can a machine reach and read your website
- Is your site reachable, secure, and at one address? It loads over https, and there is only one version of it — not the same pages living at two addresses at once, which splits you in two as far as a search engine is concerned.
- Is anything blocking the crawlers? The file that tells them what they may read, any page marked “do not index”, and anything sitting behind a login. If they cannot fetch you, nothing else on this list matters.
- Does your site tell a machine who you are? Your business name, address, phone and opening hours written in the format machines read, not only shown on the page for people.
- Are your pages named for what customers actually search? Every page has its own title and description, they are different from each other, and they contain the words a customer would type.
Your Google Business Profile
- Does it exist, is it verified, and is it live?
- Are the core details right? Category, address or service area, opening hours, phone, and the link back to your website.
- Is the profile complete, or half-finished? Photos, reviews, whether reviews get replies, and whether anything has been posted recently.
Does everyone agree about you
- Do your name, address and phone match everywhere they appear? A mismatch is one of the commonest quiet problems, and one of the easiest to fix.
- Does your Companies House record match what you publish?
- Where else does the internet mention you, and is it right?
What Google and the AI assistants say right now
- Does Google show you when somebody searches your business name?
- Do AI assistants know you exist, and do they describe you accurately?
- What sources do they use to answer about you?
- Who comes up instead of you, and what have they got that you have not?
Three of the fourteen — 5, 6 and 7 — need view access to your Google Business Profile. Without it we will say which could not be answered rather than guessing. Checks 12 and 13 record the exact question, the date, and the assistant’s answer word for word, because an AI answer without those three things is an anecdote rather than evidence. Asking your own agreed questions every month is the paid work, not part of the free check.
Monthly search visibility
One location.
Or two.
Pick the one that matches how many real trading addresses you have, each with its own Google listing.
One Location
One location. Worked across Google and AI.
For one business, one website and one real trading address with its own Google listing.
- One business, one website, one Google listing
- Ongoing technical work on your site, watched and fixed as issues appear
- Ongoing work on your pages, your words and your local visibility
- Your Google listing kept accurate, complete and active
- Your local search positions monitored, including the map results
- Your AI search visibility monitored across five assistants, captured word for word
- Your reviews answered
- Visits that came from an AI answer, where the numbers are there to see — often they are not, and we say so rather than estimate
- A monthly report in plain English: what changed, what we did, and what is next
Two Locations
Two locations. Each worked properly.
For one business and one website trading from two real addresses, each with its own Google listing. Everything that has to be done per location is done for both, not shared between them.
- Two real trading addresses, each with its own Google listing
- Everything in the one-location service, done for both rather than shared between them
- Both listings kept accurate, complete and active
- Local search positions monitored separately for each area
- AI search visibility monitored separately for each
- Who else is appearing, looked at in each area
- Reviews answered at both
- One combined monthly report, with the two shown separately so neither hides the other
A 30-day rolling notice basis — either side can give 30 calendar days' written notice, and the service and fees continue through it. No VAT to add.
Only if you need one
Adding a website
to the visibility work.
You do not need a website from us to do any of this, and most businesses that come to us already have one. This is only for those who want both.
The visibility work above starts at £150 one-off, on its own. A website is part of the Meeri system — £0 upfront for a standard Meeri system, up to 4 standard pages, with privacy, terms and the error page not counting towards the four. Extra pages are £50 one-off each and anything outside the Standard scope is agreed and priced separately in writing first.
No discount and no bundle. The visibility monthly replaces the £39 system monthly rather than adding to it — the two services do different jobs, and you are never charged twice for looking after the same website. See websites

AI answers can vary by platform, question, location and time. We report the agreed checks and measurable visits or actions where the available tools provide them. We cannot see every private AI answer or attribute every enquiry perfectly.
What business owners ask
Frequently asked
questions.
Is AI visibility included?
Yes. Once the work starts, your agreed questions are put to ChatGPT, Google’s AI answers, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity — those five, every month. The free fourteen-point check is a different thing: it tells you whether these systems can read your business at all, and it costs you nothing.
What does the monthly price include?
Your agreed Visibility work, reporting and the standard website care needed to support the service are included in the £300 or £550 monthly price. We do not add the £39 system monthly on top. Separate businesses or websites, additional pages, anything outside the Standard scope, and three or more locations are all agreed and priced separately in writing before work starts. National SEO and e-commerce SEO are not offered at any price — the reasons are on the prices page.
Is paid advertising included?
Not in the monthly price. Your ad spend always goes to the platform directly, we take nothing from it, and we do not run or manage a budget. Setting a campaign up correctly — the account, the tracking that actually fires, the audience and the area — is work we will do for a business already on a monthly service, quoted in writing before it starts. We do not sell it on its own. Any third-party subscription or additional work will be explained and agreed in writing before you are charged.
Do prices include VAT?
Meeri Systems Ltd is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.
Who owns my Google Business Profile?
You do. Meeri works through approved manager access while ownership and final control stay with your business.
What if Google refuses or suspends my listing?
It happens, and it is worth being straight about where the limit is. Google decides who gets a listing and whether it stays verified, and nobody outside Google can overturn that — not us, and not anybody charging you more than us. What can be done is find out what caused it, which is usually the address, the category, the business name or a duplicate listing nobody knew about, put that right, and take it through Google’s own appeal. We will tell you honestly what we think the chances are before you spend anything on it. The same goes for every platform in this work: we can change what they read about you, and we cannot change how they decide.
What counts as a second location?
A second real address you actually trade from, with its own Google listing. Covering a wider area from one premises is not a second location — that is one location with a bigger service area, and it is already included in the one-location price.
What website work is included?
Ongoing improvement to the pages that decide whether you are found — new service or location pages where they are needed, and improvements to existing ones where they are not. It is not a fixed quota: some months the right work is a new page, some months it is fixing what is already there, and some months the setup is holding and the right work is watching it. When the work is a new page, the standard additional-page charge does not apply.
How do you measure AI visibility?
You agree the questions your customers would really ask. Every month those same questions go to the same five assistants, and your report shows you what came back — including which other businesses got named. Nothing changes between months, so you can see for yourself whether anything moved. What we cannot see, and will not pretend to: these companies do not publish what they told other people, so we only ever know about the questions we actually asked. AI answers also move about on their own from one day to the next — one good answer is not a result, and one bad one is not a disaster. What matters is the direction over months. And where somebody arrives at your website from an AI answer we will show you, but the numbers are often not there — when they are not, we say so instead of estimating.
What is the Meeri Results Dashboard?
A simple shared view of your results — enquiries and calls, people who found your website, and where we can see it, people who arrived from an AI answer — with a plain-English monthly summary, a report you can download, the work we did and what is next. You do not need to understand any of the underlying tools to read it. It is not live yet: see the note further up this page.
