Prices

Every price we charge is on this page.

No discovery call before a number. Ask the last three agencies you spoke to for their prices and see how long it takes.

£150 one-off to get started + £300/month · No VAT to add

The prices

What everything costs,
in one place.

Withholding a price is a sales technique, not a pricing model. So here is all of it.

Google and AI visibility — one location

The fourteen-point check is free. Then £150 one-off to start the work, and £300 a month to carry it on.

Google and AI visibility — two locations

£300 one-off, then £550 a month. Two real addresses you trade from, each with its own Google listing. A wider service area covered from one premises is one location, not two.

Website

from £200 to build, then £30/month care. Covers up to 4 main pages. A monthly visibility package replaces this monthly rather than adding to it. What that includes

Website with online booking

£350 one-off to build, then £50 a month to run it. That one-off is £200 for the website and £150 for the booking process. A monthly visibility package replaces this monthly rather than adding to it. What that includes

Extra page

£50 one-off per page, quoted in writing before anything starts.

Work beyond a standard page

Copywriting on a page we are building, £50 one-off. A page laid out specially for you, from £100. An animated section or an extra integration, from £150 each. A complex interactive animation, from £300. Dashboard work, from £350. Each is a starting price, and you get yours in writing before anything starts.

No VAT to add

Meeri Systems Ltd is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged on these figures. That is a fact about the size of the company, not a discount. If it ever changes you would be told before it appeared on an invoice.

Three things to know before you take “every price” literally.

A website is quoted from £200 because that covers up to 4 main pages. Every page after that is £50 one-off, and you get the exact total in writing before anything starts.

Two things are not paid to us at all. Text message reminders are charged by the messaging company, per message. Card payments are charged by the payment company, out of each transaction. We add nothing to either, and neither goes through us.

Three or more locations is quoted for you instead of published. You still get the figure in writing before you commit to anything, which is not the same as a price being held back until somebody gets you on a call.

Everything else you would pay for the services listed above, monthly or one-off, is in that list. Anything you ask for beyond them is quoted in writing before it starts, and what giving notice costs you is set out in the cancellation and exit policy.

If you need both

No bundles.
Just the two prices added up.

Neither one needs the other. Most businesses that come to us for visibility already have a website, and it stays exactly where it is.

The visibility work starts at £150 one-off, then £300 a month. That is the whole entry price, and it does not need a website from us.

A website is a separate build, from £200. If you happen to want both, you pay both, and the total is the sum — there is no bundle price and no discount, because there is no bundle:

  • Website and visibility, one location — the website from £200 plus £150 for one-location visibility = from £350 to start, then £300 a month
  • Website and visibility, two locations — the website from £200 plus £300 for two-location visibility = from £500 to start, then £550 a month
  • Website with online booking and visibility, one location — the £350 booking build plus £150 for one-location visibility = £500 to start, then £300 a month
  • Website with online booking and visibility, two locations — the £350 booking build plus £300 for two-location visibility = £650 to start, then £550 a month

The visibility monthly replaces whichever monthly you are already on — the £30 website care or the £50 booking-system monthly — rather than adding to it. You are never charged twice for looking after the same website.

Where the lines are

Free to look.
Paid to fix.

Three stages, and only two of them cost anything.

This is the line agency invoices blur most often, so here it is.

The check is free, and every business gets the same fourteen checks. They cover your website, your Google Business Profile, your Companies House record, and what the rest of the internet says about you — including whether your name, address and phone number match everywhere they appear. You get an answer to all fourteen with the evidence attached, and you owe nothing for it. Take the list to whoever built your site, do it yourself, or do nothing. All three are fine.

£150 starts the work. Access set up, your listing corrected, the monitoring and reporting put in place, the first plan agreed, and a first pass at the faults — starting from the top of the ranked list in your check. It is not a fee for the check, because the check was free. Three things it does not cover. It is a first pass, not every fault on your list; anything left over moves into the monthly work rather than being dropped. Anything only you can sign off — a login that belongs to you, a change on a website somebody else controls — gets listed for you and waits, and we will not count it as done. And anything outside what you agreed, new pages for example, is quoted in writing before it starts.

£300 a month is the work carrying on. Every month we work on your website, your Google listing, the words on your pages, and
what other websites say about you
Reviews, directories, local press, trade bodies — anyone else who mentions your business. You cannot write any of it yourself, which is exactly why it counts. It is usually what decides whether an AI assistant is willing to say your name out loud.
— so that Google and the AI assistants can find you, read you, and get you right. We keep an eye on where you are showing up, on
what the assistants say about you
Whether ChatGPT, Google’s AI answers, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity know your business exists, describe it correctly, and name it when somebody asks for a business like yours.
and on what your competitors are doing. We fix what breaks, and you get a report in plain English every month.

One thing about the reports. The shared dashboard is not running yet. What you can see on this site is a preview, built with made-up figures for a business that does not exist, and no client data has ever been put into it. Until the real one is ready, your report comes to you as a document every month. The figures in yours will be yours, and they will be real. The nine reasons a business does not show up on Google covers most of what that work actually is.

Three or more locations

Quoted for you,
and cheaper per branch than you expect.

One and two locations have their price on this page. For three or more, you get your figure in writing before anything starts.

Three or more locations is a quote, not a refusal.

The price per branch goes down, not up. You can already see that in the two-location price, and it keeps going the same way.

What changes the number is how far apart your branches are, not how many you have. Six branches across Tyneside are close enough to share most of the work. Six spread across the country are closer to six separate jobs. Tell us where yours are and you get the figure in writing before you commit to anything.

Exclusions

What is not included,
so there are no surprises.

Almost every dispute about an agency fee starts with something the client assumed was in the price.

Photography

No studio, no camera work, no site visits for photos.

Video

Not filmed, not edited, not commissioned.

AI-generated content as a product

Text generated wholesale and sold to you as content is not something we do.

AI-generated images of you or your premises

These get people into trouble, and they will not be produced here at any price.

National SEO campaigns

This is local work. Competing nationally is a different budget entirely.

E-commerce SEO

Product feeds, category architecture and marketplace work are a specialism, and it is not this one.

Advertising budgets

Your ad spend goes to the platform directly. We take no commission on it, ever, and we do not run or manage a budget. Setting a campaign up correctly is available to a business already on a monthly service and is quoted in writing before it starts; it is not sold on its own.

Growing your social accounts

We do not post for you, grow an audience or make content. What we do check, free, is whether your Facebook and Instagram profiles say the right thing — those are sources the AI assistants read.

In writing

The four things
we put in writing.

1. When the work is done, AI assistants will know what your business is. Ask an AI assistant about your business by name and it will tell you what you do, where you work and how to reach you — correctly. The five we ask are ChatGPT, Google’s AI answers, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity, and they do not change from month to month. If it cannot, we keep working on the sources at no extra charge until it can.

Conditions: applies to managed clients once the technical setup is signed off and the sources have been corrected, and runs for as long as you are a managed client. We need the access listed in point 2, and any corrections to third-party listings that only you can authorise. It covers your business being described accurately when an assistant is asked about it by name. It is not a promise about being picked over a competitor — see the section below.

We ran this on ourselves first, and you get both halves of what came back. Meeri Systems Ltd was incorporated in July 2026. Within weeks, with no clients, no reviews and no press coverage, ChatGPT could already name the company, say what it does, say where it works and say that it was new — from the website and the public registers alone. In the same set of answers it got our prices wrong and told somebody they would have to ring for a number, when every price had been published since the first day. That second half is the honest one and it is the better argument: being known is reachable by the technical work, and getting every last detail right is what the ongoing source work is for.

2. You get all fourteen answers before you pay anything. Every check on the published list is run and answered, with the evidence attached and the findings ranked by what to fix first — and it costs nothing.

Conditions: we need enough access to inspect your website and to see your Google Business Profile; without those, several of the fourteen cannot be answered and we will say which. One free check per business. There is no obligation to buy anything afterwards, and the answers are yours to keep and to show to anybody, including another agency.

3. No lock-in. No minimum term. Give notice in writing at any time — the service then runs for 30 calendar days, and those 30 days are payable.

Conditions: notice must be in writing, and email counts as writing. There is a client service agreement — every real business has one — and you get it in writing before any work starts; it contains no minimum term and no lock-in. The notice period, and exactly what giving notice costs you, are set out in the cancellation and exit policy. The build fee is paid up front by bank transfer once the agreement is signed — bank transfer so there are no card fees on top. The monthly is a Direct Debit on the 1st or the 15th, whichever you pick, and it is only set up once your work is finished: you are never paying a monthly fee for something that is not running yet. The final month is apportioned to the day the notice runs out rather than charged whole.

4. Every AI check we run is reproduced in your report word for word — the exact question, the date, the answer, and any sources the model gave. AI answers vary between runs, which is why we ask every question three times and show you all three.

Conditions: none. You get all three runs, including the ones that do not flatter us or you.

Read this before you sign with anybody

The one thing
we refuse to sell you.

Any agency can guarantee you number one. It takes about a minute. Pick a search term nobody types, rank you for it, screenshot the result and put it in a monthly report. The ranking is real. The customers are imaginary.

So before you sign anything with anybody, ask one question: which exact search term, in writing, before we start? Most of these conversations end right there. The ones that survive it are worth having.

We do not sell page-one promises. Not because the work is beyond us — because you would be buying a number instead of a phone ringing, and you would find out which in about four months.

Here is the line we draw instead. Getting you known is something we can control. Your website readable, your details the same everywhere, your public records correct. That is our work, and that is why it is the thing we put in writing. Getting you chosen is not ours to control. That comes down to your reviews, the work you have done, what other people say about you, and who else is going for the same job.

We work on both. We put the first in writing. Anyone who offers to put the second in writing has just told you something useful about the rest of their promises — and this page explains exactly why they cannot.

Why that is good news

Nobody can sell you a position
— and that is the only reason you can win one.

Think about what a promise like that would actually mean if anybody could keep it. If the top of Google could be bought, it would go to whoever paid the most for it. A national chain with a five-figure monthly budget would take every search worth having, and a two-van firm in Byker would never appear above them for anything, ever.

The only reason you can compete at all is that the position is not for sale. It goes to whoever answers the question best — and on a local search that is very often the small business that actually does the work, has the reviews from people down the road, and knows which street the customer means.

So when somebody offers to guarantee you a ranking, look at what they are describing: a system where the biggest budget always wins. You would not want that system. You would lose in it every time.

What you get instead

One person,
and their name is on it.

One director, one company number, one phone. No account manager translating your business to somebody you never meet. No junior learning on your account. The person who answers when you ring is the person who did the work, and if it was wrong they cannot pass it along a corridor.

This will not stay a one-person firm, and growing it is the plan rather than a wish. What it will not do is grow for the sake of a longer About page. Anybody who joins will be a specialist with the same determination to get your business the customers it deserves — and until somebody like that turns up, every job stays with the director whose name is on the company. Hiring the wrong person would cost you more than waiting does.

And we want the same thing you want, which is rarer than it sounds. A firm that has promised you a ranking needs a number to show you at the end of the month, and there is always a search term that will produce one. Somebody who has promised you the work needs your phone to ring, because that is the only thing that makes you want to pay again next month.

Everything that follows from that is on this website rather than in a proposal: every price, the method, what is excluded, what is refused and why, and what happens if we get it wrong. You can read all of it before you speak to anybody.

A settled position

There is never
any interest.

Not on a late invoice, not on instalments, not in any form, and not as a late payment fee wearing a different hat. If an invoice is late, we will ask you about it. That is the whole procedure.

This applies to every arrangement without exception, and it will not change.

Before you buy

How to work out whether
this is worth it for you.

It depends on what a customer is worth to you and how many you are currently missing. Here is the sum, done with your numbers rather than somebody else’s.

Work out what one new customer is worth over the whole time they stay with you, not just on the first job. Then look at the monthly fee and ask how many extra customers a year it would take to cover it. For a trade where a single job is worth several months of the fee, that number is small. For a business whose average sale is a few pounds, or one that is already fully booked and turning work away, it may not be worth doing at all — and you should say so rather than let anybody talk you round.

What we will not do is tell you it is worth it before we have looked. That is what the free check is for, and it is free precisely so that this question gets answered before money changes hands rather than after.

If you have no budget

The cheapest option is free,
and we will tell you about it.

Claim and complete your Google Business Profile. Get your phone number consistent everywhere it appears. Ask ten customers for a review. It costs nothing, it is the highest-return work available to most small businesses, and you do not need us for it.

We would rather you did that and came back in a year than paid us for something you could have done in an afternoon. The nine reasons page walks you through it, free, with a check you can run yourself for each one.

What people ask about the prices

Frequently asked
questions.

Why is your price lower than the agencies I have spoken to?

One person, no offices, no account management layer, and a deliberately narrow service. We do not do everything, and the things we do not do are listed on this page rather than discovered later.

Is cheap SEO a bad sign?

Often, yes — particularly the cold emails from agencies promising page one for a token sum. But price on its own tells you very little. What matters is whether it is published at all, whether you can see exactly what it buys, and whether you can walk away next month. Ask all three of anybody you are considering, including us.

Do I have to pay for a year up front?

No. Nothing here has a minimum term and nothing is ever paid in advance beyond the month you are in.

Is there interest on a late invoice?

No. There is never any interest, in any form. Not on a late invoice, not on instalments, and not as a late payment fee under another name. If an invoice is late we will ask you about it, and that is the whole procedure.

Do I have to have a call before you will tell me a price?

No. Every price for one and two locations is on this page. Three or more is the one exception, and you get that figure in writing before you commit to anything rather than on a call — it is quoted because the work genuinely differs with how far apart the branches are, not to get you on the phone. A call is for working out whether the work suits you, not for finding out what it costs.
