A website with a clear job
Every page a customer lands on gives them one obvious thing to do next — ring, ask, or book.
Online booking & quote systems
Customers should not have to wait for a reply just to take the next step. Let them enquire, get a price or request a booking while their interest is high.
£0 upfront for a standard Meeri system · £39 a month · No VAT to add
Built around how your business takes bookings.
Example only — not a real customer booking.
What works together
A salon needs a time slot. A builder needs to know what the job is before quoting anything. The setup follows how you actually take work.
Every page a customer lands on gives them one obvious thing to do next — ring, ask, or book.
Enquiries arrive with enough detail to answer properly, instead of a name and “please call me”.
Offer appointments, prices, or both when the business needs them.
Customer messages come through an email address using your domain.
However somebody finds you — your website, your Google listing, or an AI assistant naming you — they land somewhere they can actually get in touch.
Hosting, monitoring, maintenance and support. Sensible small routine changes are part of standard care — opening hours, a phone number, a short text correction.
Included in the Digital Business System
Standard online booking is part of the £39 a month where your business uses the standard Meeri booking functionality. There is no separate booking fee on top. No VAT to add — Meeri Systems Ltd is not VAT registered. The service runs on a 30-day rolling notice basis. Either side can give 30 calendar days' written notice to end it, and the service and fees continue through the notice period.
If you take payments through it
A fixed 20p transaction fee applies only when a customer's payment is successfully processed through a Meeri payment system. A booking made here and paid at your till instead carries no Meeri fee, and a failed payment carries no Meeri fee. Your payment provider's own processing fees apply separately.
If you also want to be found
The Google and AI visibility work is priced separately, and its monthly replaces this £39 rather than adding to it. See visibility
You stay in control
Your domain, email, business profiles, supplied content and customer data stay yours. The website and booking system run on Meeri software, licensed to you while your service is active. Your written agreement sets out exactly what is licensed, what is assigned to you, and what happens if the service ends.

What business owners ask
No. Meeri plans, builds and manages it around the way your business already works.
Yes, when replacement makes sense. We first check what should stay, move or change.
Standard online booking is included where your business uses the standard Meeri booking functionality. If a customer gets a price, fills in their details, books and pays in one run, that is the standard flow. If your business needs something the standard system does not do — unusual scheduling, odd pricing rules, allocation or dispatch logic, or work that has to happen behind the scenes before a job can be confirmed — that is different work, and it is assessed and quoted separately in writing before it starts.
No. Standard booking is inside the £39 a month where your business uses it, alongside hosting, monitoring, maintenance, support and the sensible small routine changes that are part of standard care. Third-party charges are confirmed in writing before you are charged for them.
Yes, it stops. The visibility monthly replaces this one rather than being added to it. You pay £300 a month for one location or £550 for two, not that plus £39. You are never charged twice for looking after the same website. The two services do different jobs — one runs your system, the other makes you easier to find — and if the visibility work ends and we carry on running your system, the £39 resumes.
Your domain, email, business profiles and agreed client data remain yours, along with anything your agreement expressly assigns to you. The licence for Meeri's booking software ends with the service. Before launch we also agree, in writing, what happens to incoming enquiries once the system is switched off, how you get your data out, and who it is handed to.
Yes. If a customer moves through both in one go — gets a price, then books — that counts as one. If they are two different things a customer does separately, that is two, and the second is charged as an extra booking process. We put in writing which one yours is before any work starts, so it cannot turn into an argument later.
