Yes, when replacement makes sense. We first check what should stay, move or change.
Is more than one booking or quote journey included?+
Every CBS project includes one primary customer journey. A connected quote-to-paid-booking process counts as one journey. Additional independent booking or quotation systems are quoted separately.
What do the £750 build and £95 monthly fee cover?+
The £750 one-off price covers your CBS website build. The £95 monthly fee covers the managed booking system, hosting, monitoring, maintenance, support and up to two consolidated routine update batches each month. There is no VAT to add at the date shown; third-party charges are confirmed in writing first.
What happens if I leave?+
Your domain, email, business profiles and agreed client data remain yours, along with anything your agreement expressly assigns to you. The licence for Meeri's booking software ends with the service. The enquiry fallback, data export and handover are agreed in writing before launch.
Can I offer appointments and instant prices?+
Yes, if the business genuinely needs both. We agree exactly what needs to be built before work starts.
